#BagItBinIt Campaign

Well what an amazing day!

Today we teamed up with Adriana & Wendy from Cadwch Sir y Fflint yn Daclus/Keep Flintshire Tidy & Litter picking for Deeside. Down at Dee Park Community Woodland where we were joined by some inspiring and enthusiastic students from Venerable Edward Morgan School & @queeryferrycpschool.

Adriana and the team are running a fantastic #BagItBinIt campaign, highlighting the issue of dog fouling in Flintshire as well as the littering problem that really did raise some eyebrows with the children and show just how much of an issue these problems are.

The students came along and showed some amazing enthusiasm and helped make a real difference to the park and surrounding area and they should be very proud of their efforts  well done everyone.

A total of 63 dog fouls were found, highlighted to the adult team and then cleared away in two small test areas and 8 bags of littler were collected around the park and surrounding walkways.
